How to Exercise Your ARCO Rights or Revoke Consent

As the owner of your personal data, you may exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) or revoke the consent you’ve granted for ARA to process your data by:

  • Visiting any of our offices and submitting the request in person, addressed to “Personal Data Department”

Your request must include:

  • Full name and address

  • Documents verifying your identity

  • Your relationship with ARA

  • A clear and precise description of the data you wish to access, rectify, update, or cancel

  • Supporting documents

  • Your reasons for the request

Once received, our Personal Data Department will have 20 business days to respond, with a possible extension of another 20 days, as permitted by Article 32 of the Law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if no response is provided within the timeline, you may file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) within 15 days.

Users guarantee the truthfulness of the personal data provided and agree to notify ARA of any changes to it.
